Our products are designed and manufactured in Germany to the highest quality standards. However, should something go wrong with any of our products, Analog Domain Audio GmbH will do whatever it takes to repair and restore the product to its original specifications in a reasonable time. If the problem is attributable to workmanship or defects in materials, we will provide free of charge labor and replacement parts worldwide. This limited warranty is valid for a period of ten years from the date of original purchase.

Terms and Conditions

1. The warranty is limited to the repair of the equipment. Neither transportation, nor any other costs, nor any risk for removal, transportation and installation of products is covered by the warranty.

2. The warranty is transferable.

3. The warranty will not be applicable:

* For damages caused by incorrect installation, connection or packing,
* For damages caused by any use other than correct use described in the user manual, negligence, modifications, or use of parts that are not made or authorized by Analog Domain Audio GmbH,
* For damages caused by faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment, or by an unsuitable power supply,
* For damages caused by accidents, lightning, water, chemicals, fire heat, war, public disturbances or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Analog Domain Audio GmbH and its authorized partners,
* For products whose serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible,
* If repairs or modifications that have been executed by an unauthorized person.

4. This guarantee complements any national/regional law obligations and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
